Kassa Insurance Services, Inc. was established in 1998 by Timothy V. Kassa.  After eight years of working for other independent insurance adjusting firms, he decided to step out on his own.  He wanted to start a firm built on integrity and professionalism with employees of the same beliefs.  A firm where the client's needs always come first.

The company has rapidly grown because of our belief.  Kassa Insurance Services, Inc. has grown from a one-person office to nine employees in just three short years.  Our goal is not to become the largest independent adjusting firm, but to provide the best service at a fair price.

A lot of companies claim to provide the best service, but we guarantee it.  If there is any portion of our work product that our clients disagree with, they are not expected to pay for it.  No questions asked.

Providing our clients with the best possible service has led us into Third Party Administration, Subrogation and Inter-Company Arbitration.  We are fully staffed with licensed multi-line adjusters, subrogation analysts and a vehicle/heavy equipment appraiser.

Our best marketing tool has been our work product and "word of mouth".  We pride ourselves in being aggressive, proactive advocates for our clients and seek avenues that make their job as easy as possible.
